Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer Retreat II

A silent ‘listening’ retreat. Contemplative life is the expression of the desire to seek stillness amid the rush of life, to hear ‘the still small voice’ amid today’s clamour; to search for and listen to God. Experienced with others in a group, silence is deeper and more powerful than when alone. By making a space for yourself and your relationship with God, you are giving yourself and Him a wonderful gift. Lynn will be leading retreatants in contemplation of chosen Dominical sayings.
Lynn is a long-time member of the FCP. She attends the bimonthly FCP prayer group which meets at Parcevall Hall, and she is a Lay Reader with responsibilities in four churches in the Sheffield Diocese. Her responsibilities include leading worship, Bible study, preaching, worship and mission.
