Contemplative life is the expression of the desire to seek stillness amid the rush of life, to hear ‘the still small voice’ amid today’s modern clamour; to search for and listen to God.
Experienced with others in a group, silence is deeper and mroe powerful than wehan alone. It is freawtly helfpul and encouraging. By making a dedicated personal space for yourself and your relationship with God, you are giving yourself and Him a wonderful gift.
A Dominical saying is taken for each exercise and contemplated. We listen to God. In intercession towards the end of each exercise we bring others, family, friends and world events into the silence so that they too are enfolded in God’s purposes and healing.
