Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer Retreat II

This retreat follows the format of the earlier one in April, but with a different Witness. After meeting and welcoming both old and new friends and having our first excellent Parcevall Hall meal together, we will later in the evening have Compline after which the silence will begin. It is possible to go into silence personally before then if you wish. The Witness will tell us the plan for and theme of the retreat.
Silence continues until just before lunch on the final day. The extended periods of silence between the hour-long contemplative exercises gives each person time and space to be in God’s presence, to be guided or simply to rest in Him from the busyness of life, and be refreshed. There will be opportunity for personal private short interviews with the Witness. All are welcome.
